Whenever I try deleting the hud folder, I get an error message saying "The action can't be completed because the folder or file is opened another program." So I tried deleting every single file until I got to two files that are unable to be deleted.  "AvenirLTStd-Medium.otf" and "Entypo.otf"

These files are fonts that the HUD has come with, and have been installed on your system. Open Control Panel and go to Fonts, find the two fonts and right click and Delete.
